Overview
Using BlumbergExcelsior Document Assembly On-line is a convenient way to create a custom document. Begin by selecting the document from the drop down list then click on the next button. A question wizard will appear. Enter the information and click NEXT to advance to the next question. Click BACK to return to the previous question. Once all of the questions are completed, an OPTION screen appears with two options. View the Document and Purchase the Document. View Document option permits viewing the draft document. To revise, remove draft and print, click the Purchase Document link. Enter your credit card information to obtain a License ID and Password. These are used to register your document and enable other document options. Remember your Password, it will be used to access your document. Once the document is purchased, you may change the text, finalize, email, print and create duplicate draft copies.

Once I purchase a License ID and Password, how do I get back to my document?

Once I purchase a license ID and password, how do I get back to my document? Click the X in the upper corner of the window and you will be back to the document registration screen. Fill in your License ID and Password, click submit for a new document options list.
How do I remove the DRAFT watermark from my document? Click the finalize link on the document option screen. This will remove the watermark.
How do I make another document with the same information, without answering the questions again? On the document options screen, click Start A New Document Order With The Same Data option. This creates a duplicate draft copy of the document. Once you purchase this document, you can change the text accordingly.
How long will my document remain on the server? After purchase, your document will be saved for 30 days in draft mode. Once finalized, the document will be stored for 10 days. You can remove the document from the server by using the link on the options page.
Once I have completed my document, can I delete it? You can remove the document from the server by using the link on the options page.
Can I download my document to my local computer? Yes. Choose the save option in the acrobat reader program, or email the document to yourself by using the email option on the document options page.
How can I get back to my document? After the document has been purchased, recall the document from the home page by entering your email address used in the registration process into the box labeled "To retrieve a list of prior documents, enter your e-mail address below:". This will present you with a list of prior documents reference numbers that are still residing on the server. Click on the document to see the options available.
If I answer the questions but do not purchase the document, can I get back to the document at another time? No. Only purchased documents are stored on the server.
What software do I need to use this product? You will need the Adobe Reader. If you don't have it you can click here to download it to your computer.
Will there be other documents that I can create in the future? Yes. Keep checking the site, new documents will be added on a regular basis.
How many times can I print my document? As long as the document is purchased and still on the server, printing is unlimited. Remember, the final document will remain on the server for ten days unless you remove it. Save the document to your local computer so you can access it at any time (see question 6).
After I edit my document and open it, my edits do not show up. What do I do? Some web browsers store the last few screens to give you fast retrieval the next time the screen is called. Click the browsers refresh button to see the current information.
